Prairie Waterfowl Co. is proud to offer our guests a variety of waterfowl hunt package options. Our guests arrive the afternoon prior to the first day of the hunt. We offer inclusive packages for a stress-free hunt experience focused on the shooting and not the final invoice. Our hunt price includes license, bird cleaning, accommodations, and meals. Each package includes both morning and afternoon hunts, however; the afternoon hunt will not take place if daily bag limit has been filled during the morning hunt.

Big game options include white-tailed deer, mule deer, and black bear. All big game hunts are offered as a 6-day base package. Hunters arrive the afternoon prior to their first day of hunting. Hunt rates include meals, accommodations, licensing, and trophy preparation. Pick your game and pick your pursuit and let us take care of the rest.

Waterfowl
3-Day Hunt
The 3-day hunt is our most popular package. Our 3-day hunt packages run from Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday. This package includes 3 morning hunts and 2 afternoon hunts.
4-Day Hunt
Once you experience the Alberta shooting, you will wish you booked an extra day. Our 4-day hunt package runs from Thursday to Sunday. This package includes 4 morning hunts and 3 afternoon hunts. Believe me when I say, once you have lived the Alberta experience, you will be glad you booked the extra day.
6-Day Hunt
For those die hard waterfowlers who can’t get enough of the fast wing shooting action. Our 6-day hunt package runs from Monday to Saturday. This package includes 6 morning hunts and 5 afternoon hunts.

big game
White-tailed Deer
Whitetail hunts are undertaken from tree stands or comfortable ground blinds. Ground blinds are heated on frigid days. You will be chauffeured from the lodging to your stand by our guides each morning and afternoon. All-day sits can be facilitated at the guest's request.
mule deer
Mule deer hunts may take place from tree stands or ground blinds, or our preferred method, heart pounding spot-and-stalk. These hunts are only available as archery hunts throughout the months of September and October. Stand hunters are provided transportation daily to and from the hunting areas. Spot-and-stalk hunters will be accompanied by a guide for the entire duration of the hunt.
Black bear
Black bear hunts are offered as a more sporting spot-and-stalk method. As predators, black bears are permitted to be harvested with either archery equipment or firearms throughout the duration of the seasons. Black bear hunts are offered in both spring and fall seasons with each hunter permitted to harvest two (2) bears.
